A friendly and organized School Administrator is needed to join our team in Merton! This role involves key receptionist duties, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our school and providing a warm welcome to students, parents, and staff.

- Schedule: Part-time or full-time (negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, students, and staff with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Support school staff with daily office functions and maintain a positive, organized environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (school setting is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and general office software
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy setting
