Sales Ledger Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business based in Portsmouth, reporting into the Sales Ledger Team Leader on a 12-month FTC. This role will require the candidate to deliver high quality service internally and externally within a specific timeframe and support the Credit Control function.

The Role:

  • Provide and maintain invoicing across the entire group
  • Issue daily invoices and credit requests and daily & monthly direct debit runs
  • Complete reconciliations and run reporting
  • Resolve all queries in a prompt manner and improve efficiencies to reduce cost

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Problem solving
