Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business based in Portsmouth, reporting into the Sales Ledger Team Leader on a 12-month FTC. This role will require the candidate to deliver high quality service internally and externally within a specific timeframe and support the Credit Control function.
The Role:
- Provide and maintain invoicing across the entire group
- Issue daily invoices and credit requests and daily & monthly direct debit runs
- Complete reconciliations and run reporting
- Resolve all queries in a prompt manner and improve efficiencies to reduce cost
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Self-motivated and good communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Problem solving
