We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients in Colchester with leads provided by one of the UK's biggest estate agencies. This position is office-based, the successful candidate will be highly driven and self-motivated with a minimum of 1 years' experience with CAS status. Our clients are rapidly growing and are looking for someone with the desire to work hard and help expand their client base.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday office-based, alternative Saturdays (lieu day in return)
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary between £25,000 - £30,000
- OTE £40,000 - £60,000
- Uncapped commission

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
- Strong knowledge of basic math principles
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in mortgage lending
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in using mortgage software systems
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
- Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
- Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
- Chasing potential leads and generating new business
- Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
