The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Your new role
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Payroller.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
