quotes and internal sales
experience to join our office in Woore, Chesire

: Head Office in Woore, Chesire (CW3)

: Monday-Friday
Salary
: From £26,000, depending on experience
What you will be doing
:
- Customer interaction: Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing excellent customer service
- Order processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's CRM and order management systems
- Quotations & Pricing: Prepare and send out quotes to customers based on product specifications and customer needs
- Sales Support: Assist the external sales team by providing administrative support, including managing customer accounts, updating customer information, and coordinating sales activities
- Maintain close client contact building rapport and customer loyalty
- Liaise at all levels, from customers, area sales managers and management team
- Feedback market trends and information
- Identify training needs to assist your career progression
What we need from you:
- Knowledge of the industry
- Understanding of valves, pipework and applications
- Understanding of pressure pipe systems and fittings
- General understanding of engineering principles
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly
- Team player
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
- Demonstrated ability to seek and develop new profitable opportunities
- Self-motivated
