Position Summary

Our client are a rapidly growing company comprised of award-winning specialist companies that excel in manufacturing and supplying medical equipment. Seeking a Project & Intergration Manager with previous system implementation and business integration experience, who is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business.

The successful candidate will lead group wide projects, encompassing existing system development, new system implementations and business expansion integrations for M&A and third-party partners to add value and facilitate business growth.

Duties will include:

Project Management

  • Transform strategic goals into actionable project plans and oversee their execution.
  • Ensure all project developments and integrations follow best practices in project management and align with the long-term business strategy.
  • Oversee projects to guarantee timely, cost-effective delivery that benefits all business stakeholders.
  • Drive ongoing system development to enhance capability, efficiency, and reliability, adding value.
  • Provide timely and accurate project updates to the Head of Business Systems and the Management Board.
  • Manage third-party relationships under system support and project contracts to ensure effective delivery and cost management.

Development Projects

  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, development, and replacements to enhance capability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Plan and manage upgrade, development, and replacement projects effectively.

Implementation Projects

  • Identify new processes and systems to boost capability, optimize performance, and support continuous growth.
  • Plan and manage the implementation of new processes and systems efficiently.

Integration Projects

  • Participate in the integration assessment of M&A targets and third-party providers, providing due diligence support and project planning.
  • Plan and manage integration projects to align with the group's strategic expansion goals.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or systems development
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic projects and reporting to key stakeholders
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions system integration
  • Prince2 project management certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics BC
  • Experience in developing and implementing systems for global supply chain operations
