We have partnered with an distribution Company, based in Aylesbury area. Our client is looking for a switched on Order Processer Clarke to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all processing queries and dealing with them accordingly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities as an order process clerk include:

Warehouse Order Process Queries:

  • Managing and responding to queries related to warehouse order processes.
  • Communication via email and telephone to address and resolve issues.

Administrative Team Support:

  • Providing support to the administrative team.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

CRM and Multiple Systems:

  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking and managing customer interactions.
  • Working with multiple systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders.
  • Coordinating with different departments to streamline order processing and improve overall efficiency.
