This boutique independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Property Manager to join its office in Chelsea where you will support the group operations director. Our client has a bespoke reputation due to their integrity, transparency and impeccable service levels.

It is essential that you have 2+ years' experience working as a property manager for a top-end brand, where you would have been exposed to high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General day to day property maintenance organisation, liaising with tenants, contractors and updating landlords
  • Updating all computer systems relating to property management
  • Helping management of larger projects and refurbishment projects
  • Organising property inspection visits and reporting to landlords
  • Visiting newly managed properties and producing management blue-print for property
  • Ensuring certification compliance
  • Helping new deals with organising pre-tenancy maintenance
  • Tenancy renewals, negotiating renewals and producing documentation
  • Tenancy terminations, sending out paperwork, organising end of tenancy procedures
  • Dealing with inventory check outs and deposit returns
  • Dealing with other adhoc tenancy changes ie. changes of sharer, surrenders, annual rental increases, contractual changes.

Personal specification:

  • Experience within residential property management
  • ARLA/NFoPP would be preferred
  • Educated to degree level
  • First-class customer service skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • FixFlo management dashboard experience would be advantageous
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proactive
  • Articulate.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000. The company also offers private medical insurance after the probation period as well as other exciting benefits.
