Sales Administrator

to join their dynamic team in East Grinstead. Recognised for their commitment to excellence, this role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a supportive and successful business.

What We Offer:

  • 8.30am - 5pm (Mon-Thurs) with a 12.45pm finish on a Friday
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders for components and equipment.
  • Provide quotes for equipment and follow up with customers to secure sales.
  • Coordinate deliveries from the warehouse.
  • Run reports to manage inventory levels and forecast future sales.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Handle client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise and negotiate with customers and factories regarding orders, sales, rescheduling, and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and administrative experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
