Sales Administrator

What We Offer:
- 8.30am - 5pm (Mon-Thurs) with a 12.45pm finish on a Friday
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders for components and equipment.
- Provide quotes for equipment and follow up with customers to secure sales.
- Coordinate deliveries from the warehouse.
- Run reports to manage inventory levels and forecast future sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Handle client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and factories regarding orders, sales, rescheduling, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service and administrative experience.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
