You will be joining an expanding team in Newcastle as a Trainee Paraplanner. You will receive direct support from experienced advisors aiding you in your journey to a fully qualified financial advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client files in both paper and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare client files and documentation for servicing and face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage advisors' calendars.
- Assist in processing new business applications and gathering required documentation.
- Conduct research on investment products and industry regulations to support decision-making.
- Liaise with third-party providers to facilitate transactions and resolve queries.
Background:
- Previous experience in a financial planning/advisory environment is essential.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work effectively in a team.
- Motivation and a willingness to learn.
