Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support student's social and emotional development
- Adapt and differentiate learning materials to meet the needs of students
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and record student's progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
