The Client

We are working with a dynamic broking business who are in search of a Sales Director.

Our client is a large and well-established insurance broking group with a reputation for delivering tailored solutions to businesses. They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand their client base.

The Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within Commercial Insurance and wider financial services sector, with a strong focus on building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Attributes

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to drive business development and market expansion.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets by implementing effective performance management and coaching strategies.

The Candidate

As Sales Director you will have

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
