Reed Accountancy is delighted to be working with a well-established client in Wallsend who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed term assignment to cover maternity initially with fixed hours of 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
Working in a busy team, your duties will include:
- Posting & reconciliation of daily company banking.
- Staff commission statements.
- Assist with the preparation of month end supplier payment run.
- Credit control within the sales ledger.
- Liaising with clients & solicitors to ensure fees are paid in a timely manner.
- Escalating old debts to company solicitor.
- General administration tasks E.g. Incoming account queries.
You will have:
- IT Literate E.g. Excel
- Sage experience preferable but not essential
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Good organisational skills
- Prioritising tasks depending on business needs
