An established company currently have an opening for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator role involves working within business consultancy, supporting clients enquires with applications and business accounts.

Salary: £24,000 | Hybrid | Benefits include healthcare, 9% company pension contribution | Free parking

Customer Service Administrator Duties:

  • Answering and supporting enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Checking and processing postal paperwork and uploading onto the in-house system
  • Assisting with phone and online applications, providing support where necessary
  • Scanning and uploading customer correspondence
  • Maintaining detailed processes
  • Liaising with the wider team and management as required

Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
