As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership. Our client is seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in mortgage origination, customer service, and new build industry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate and structure mortgage loans that meet the needs of clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the mortgage application process
  • Evaluate and analyse financial information to determine the best mortgage options for clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
  • Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient mortgage process
  • Meet and exceed individual and team production goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a New build Mortgage broker (desired but not essential)
  • Proven track record of successful mortgage origination and customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends

Benefits:

  • Employed with basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 and 10-20% commission splits
