Responsibilities:
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, focusing on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Learning Plans: Assist in developing and implementing individualized learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and other staff to identify and address students' academic and social needs.
- Behavior Management: Help manage classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports to teachers and parents.
- Emotional Support: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting students' social and emotional development.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- SEN Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
