Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to technical delivery and completion
- Prepare detailed design drawings and construction documentation using Revit
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes of practice
- Mentor and support junior architects and designers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or technical issues
