JHE & Partners are working with a business in Keighley who are looking for a part-time, temporary purchase ledger clerk to start as soon as possible. The role is working Wed-Fri. Due to a recent internal move, this position could go permanent for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Processing daily invoices in relation to stock
- 3-way reconciliations
- Monthly supplier statements
- Raising purchase orders
- Matching GRI, coding and query handling
- Monthly credit card spend, coding and reconciling
- Daily bank recs
- Raise and process weekly and bi-monthly supplier payments
This is a very busy role working on the ledger for three businesses so previous purchase ledger experience is imperative.
Hourly rate in the region of £15 per hour. Please apply without delay as the role is to start immediately.
