We are seeking a dedicated and professional Residential Day Concierge to join our clients team at a prestigious residential development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin, providing excellent front-of-house service and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for all residents and guests.
Position: Residential Day Concierge
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location: East London
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Managing resident requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Handling deliveries, bookings, and coordinating with external services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and security of the lobby and common areas.
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems to ensure the safety of the building.
- Communicating effectively with the property management team and contractors.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
