Administrator - Hybrid

This really is a unique and exciting administration job with an award-winning membership organisation.

Hybrid working: 2 days in the Earls Colne, Colchester office, 3 days at home.

THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Acting as a main point of contact for a board director
  • Managing membership subscription renewals
  • Develop membership engagement and recruitment plans
  • Manage events: from small meetings to conferences, awards dinners and exhibitions. These can be anywhere around the UK or even Europe
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes and action certain items
  • Update and manage a member CRM database

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Considerable Administration or PA experience
  • Experience running projects and/or events
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Car owner/driver with a willingness to travel
  • Reasonable commute to Earls Colne, Colchester
  • Comfortable working with senior business leaders
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise
  • A basic understanding of P&L, balance sheets and cash flow.

SALARY & BENEFITS AS ADMINISTRATOR:

  • £27,000 - £28,000
