Initial £24,000 - £26,000 Basic Annual Salary.

On Target Earnings Uncapped.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident person to join our fleet insurance brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and analysing prospect client insurance policies and commitments. Completing telephone-based sales calls to warm leads and cold calling businesses, selling directly to customers.

If you have insurance, financial, banking sector telesales, or call handling experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business-to-business direct selling, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct selling to all company sizes through a dialler and manual CRM database.
  • Analyse insurance policies to identify suitable coverage options for clients.
  • Gain all relevant information on potential customers insurance commitments, costs, and budget through questioning techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct telephone-based activities, contacting warm leads to generate sales opportunities and closing sales.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain insurance options in a clear manner.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales / call centre experience essential, due to nature of the role.
  • Inbound call centre, outbound telesales experience in insurance or financial services is essential, full insurance product training will be given.
  • Confident to ask questions, investigating, inquisitive, able to build rapport, are essential transferable skills.
  • Must be able to work within a compliant and regulated work environment.
  • Computer and CRM database experience is essential.

  • You must be able to successfully complete learning and training, including insurance qualifications as part of your career development plan.
  • Graduates will be considered.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK as a full-time permanent employee.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Able to use computer database and MS Office software.
