My client who has a brilliant track record in its sector is looking to replace the retiring HOF with someone who has fresh ideas and the experience to make changes.
The role is really instrumental to the companies corporate objectives and oversees the accounts department for its effective operation.
Duties include;
- Ensuring bookkeeping is carried out accurately and on time
- Ensuring preparation of accounts for the annual audit
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and management accounts as needed
- Carrying out company secretarial duties
- Operationally involved with HR and IT
The Candidate
- Ideally a qualified accountant, (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivilent
- SME Experience as a financial controller, finance manager or FD/ HOF
- Exposure to staff management and process and procedures
