We are looking for a Junior/ Intermediate Architectural Technician to join a well-established, reputable practice in the Gloucester area. You will be working on a vast array of residential projects including, but not limited to, bespoke homes, housing developments and apartment schemes – making this the perfect environment to stretch your skills and take on new and rewarding challenges. This is a hybrid working role, consisting of 2 days at home and 3 in office. Flexible start and finish times are available as well as regular CPD's and ample support and mentoring from associates. The office has on-site parking and is located close to the train station.
The salary for this position is between £24K - £30K depending on previous experience.
To be considered: Junior/ Intermediate Architectural Technician
- Ideal candidates will have previously worked as an Architectural Technician within the UK
- Newly qualified candidates or those recently graduated with a BSC honours degree that have undertaken a placement year are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with medium to large scale residential projects is needed
- Must be familiar with using Revit in practice
- Should live within commutable distance from Gloucester
