I am currently working with a Property Management Company with over 20+ years experience in the market. They offer services such as Sales & Lettings, Valuations, In-house Maintenance, Property Management, Chartered Surveyors, Refurbishments & Social Housing. Utilising their expert experience to help deliver tailored services for their clients and investors.
Your new role
The Property Manager role is solely office based from Monday - Friday, working from 09:00 17:30. Day to day duties include
- Renewals
- Planned Maintenance
- Drafting ASTs
- Serving Section 8 & 21's
- Referencing Tenants
- Managing Sub-Contractors
- Handling all Compliance
- Full responsibility for your Property Portfolio
Desirable Requirements
- Qualification of Level 2/3+ Award in Residential Letter & Property Management
- Experience in working in the Property Industry
- 1+ Years experience working in a Property Management Role
- Experience supporting multiple teams and directors
