Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our client's team at their headquarters in Cambridge Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team to prepare and review commercial and financial reports. This role emphasizes understanding the narrative behind the numbers and driving meaningful outcomes. If you thrive on diving deep into the details and translating finance into operational reality, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop streamlined systems for month-end processes.
- Integrate ERP and Excel modeling for analytics and reporting.
- Provide rapid responses to management requests and facilitate dynamic decision-making.
- Create forecasting tools to support strategic planning and finance provision.
- Assist the Financial Controller in producing monthly management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, prepayment journals, accruals, and payroll.
Skills and Experience:
- ACCA/ACA qualified or working towards qualification.
- Proficient in Excel modeling.
- Technical mindset.
- Experience in financial management within manufacturing or food processing.
- Innovative and effective communicator across all levels.
