Customer Service Advisors Location: Central Bristol Hours: - 5 days per week, 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:00 - Includes 1 weekend in 4 (on a rolling 4-week rota) Pay: £12.60 per hour Start Date: 14th July Duration: Until 29th September 2025

Working for our established client who value equality and inclusivity, you will work out of a modern and vibrant office based in the heart of Bristol. You will provide outstanding customer service during a busy peak period to a clientele which will have all manner of enquiries. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customers via live webchat
  • Answering multiple inbound calls, fielding a variety of enquiries
  • Updating customer records and systems accurately
  • Collaborating with different departments across the business
  • Managing multiple computer systems and screens
  • Handling a wide range of queries - from invoices and accommodation to welfare and facility-related calls

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail role
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • An empathetic ear and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate systems confidently
  • Call centre experience is a bonus, but not essential

Multiple positions available with commitment required for the duration of the assignment - until 29th September. Full, in-depth training is provided at the start of the assignment.
