Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal, Fee Earner, Solicitor
Location: Cardiff, office based.
Salary: £25K - £45K, dependant on the level you join.
Hours: Full Time

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Day to day duties will vary dependant on the level you join the firm at.
- You will be working in the Residential Property department, managing your own caseload of assisting on files.
- Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release: plus some Commercial property matters too.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in residential property department.
- At least 1 year experience working in a law firm.
- Hiring at all levels, legal assistants, paralegal, fee earners, and lawyers.
