On behalf of our clients We are in search of an experienced Property Manger to join their Sedgefield branch.
The candidate should have experience in the rental industry. The role encompasses day to day management of a portfolio of letting properties, this position enjoys a support staff member to take care of external work such as valuations, viewings, inspections. This position empowers you to maintain control over the portfolio.

A full-time personal vehicle is a prerequisite for this role.
In return, their offer a competitive basic salary, an excellent bonus scheme, and a company contribution to a pension scheme. Anticipated earnings exceed £30,000 per annum based on performance.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with every other Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm. Additionally, you'll enjoy 23 days of holiday per annum, along with public holidays.
