Job Description:
Clarion Housing is seeking an experienced Change Analyst for a 6-month maternity cover position. The focus of this role is on people-specific change plans, including developing communication plans, training plans, and assessing change impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change plans that include communication and training for technical changes
- Ensure changes are comprehensible to non-technical individuals and effectively integrated into the business
- Write communications, develop training materials, and create training plans, guidance, and courses
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, from directors to ground-level colleagues
Requirements:
- Expertise in people-specific change plans
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in developing training materials and plans
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Background in communications or training is highly preferred
- Change management qualification is preferred but not essential
Projects:
- Microsoft programme: Modernising document storage, sharing, and collaboration, enhancing communication in a hybrid work environment
- Organisational transformation: Addressing changes in work processes
Team Structure:
- Work with a team of three Change Analysts, a Portfolio Planner, and a Portfolio Coordinator
