As a Property Manager, you will be expected to provide a high-quality customer service.
The Job Role
All aspects of residential property management including setting service charge budgets, site visits, contractor management, Section 20 Consultations, health & safety, dealing with insurance claims, and chairing AGMs.
Skills and attributes
2+ years' experience in the property industry.
Professional outlook - experience of working in reputable organisation.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. ARLA/IRPM/property management related degree).
The ability to manage contractors, cleaners, gardeners etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
Full UK Driving License. Business mileage paid.
Full time, permanent, salary £28K - £36K depending on experience.
