Our client is a successful business that has seen growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Hedge End and do require travel to their offices.
Description
As the Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Handling payment processing
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Supporting balance sheet reconciliations
- Contributing to profit and loss calculations
Profile
To be successful for the Assistant Accountant position, you must:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- A confident and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to listen and develop quickly.
- A strong eagerness to learn and acquire new skills.
- Familiarity with Sage 200 is advantageous but not required.
