About the School
As a Church school, the Christian ethos is an integral part of the life of the school, and children, staff, and volunteers are encouraged to follow this ethos in all that they do.
The Vision and Values underpin all work within the school and can be seen displayed around the school, and are part of Worship, Circle Time, and everyday life. The school maintains close links with the Church, which are expected to grow stronger with the appointment of a new Vicar to the Parish.
The school is believed to be a very special place, where children flourish in a happy, safe, and supportive environment, guided by a dedicated team of staff. Children are encouraged to love learning, work hard, and accept new challenges. The curriculum is designed to ensure all children have access to a broad range of learning opportunities with a strong focus on the development of English and Maths skills, as these are considered essential.
