Overview of the role:
To be the conduit between all key stakeholders across the UK & Ireland, to track, interpret and drive data from their business initiative and present to the SLT and board level.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Track and drive the implementation of business improvement projects within the UK, support the delivery of key 'measures'
- Structure and support performance projects on local level with a strong analytical focus and "hands-on" mentality
- Initiate and support best practice exchange between regions and follow-up implementation
- Communicate and exchange with the functional community to further drive the transformation
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of working in a management consultancy type environment and/or business analytics
- A degree in a Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent Qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills towards different target groups (from technician to executive management)
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
