Our client, a high end estate agency in North West London, is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Lettings Manager, this is a wonderful opportunity to work for a highly successful estate agency. Ideal candidates will have significant Lettings Administration experience, who is also willing to support the Head of Sales on occasion.
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, able to prioritise and manage their workload, with high levels of attention to detail.
Typical tasks will include:
- Managing the smooth running of the sales and lettings process for a high end portfolio of residential properties
- Updating property details, uploading photos to various portals.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and sales memorandums onto various platforms
- Renewals and new tenancy agreements
- Management of keys for properties
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, vendors and buyers on a regular basis
- Arranging inventories, check-in and check-out reports
- Liaising with contractors regarding refurbishments/repairs for properties
- Arranging relevant Gas, EPC certificates
- Registering and de-registering deposits on TDS
Key skills:
- Minimum two years' experience in a property administration position
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Highly organized, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
