Personal Tax Manager role:
- To draft complex personal tax returns, and review mainstream returns prepared by others in the team.
- Prepare complex personal taxes and offer tax planning advice to clients.
- Offering tax advice to both personal and corporate clients
- Managing a portfolio of clients.
- Processing & reviewing self-assessment tax returns.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities.
- Undertaking general tax compliance work.
- Reporting to the directors.
- Proactive management of clients and their deadlines.
Personal Tax Manager Specification:
- To have experience of working in as tax advisor in an accountancy practice
- Experience of reviewing personal tax returns
- To have experience in a tax role
- CTA qualified or very close to the qualification
- Proficient in mainstream tax areas, including Income tax, capital gains tax, property tax and inheritance tax.
- To be local to Kingston is essential.
- Occasional travel to central London may be required to attend clients' meetings in the Waterloo office.
