An esteemed IFA firm is seeking a Financial Planner to join their dedicated Central Client Team. This role is ideal for ambitious Paraplanners ready to step up, offering a chance to provide top-tier financial advice to Tier 2-4 clients. Success is measured by client retention, new business acquisition, and maintaining high satisfaction levels in a professional and compliant manner.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Service and review existing clients using a tiered client segregation system.
  • Explain the fact-find process to clients and ensure all necessary information is gathered before providing new advice.
  • Research and consider all potentially suitable products, documenting recommendations and reasons.
  • Communicate clear and understandable recommendations to clients, confirming them in writing.
  • Strive for a minimum of 90% case retention after 12 months.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client contact notes in CURO and action plans as necessary.
  • Meet or exceed agreed targets for business volume and mix, as well as annual retention targets.
  • Foster good working relationships with colleagues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Apply industry knowledge practically and comply with FCA rules and company procedures.
  • Engage in Personal CPD Analysis and complete CPD Activity records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice.
  • Aspiring to become Chartered.
  • Passionate about the financial industry with a comprehensive understanding of governing rules.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including verbal, numerical, and IT skills.
  • Professional sales skills to effectively sell the company's full portfolio of offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Team player who is also organised and self-motivated, with a plan for success.
