Reporting to the Finance Director, the initial role will be broad offering management accounting and commercial aspects and has the potential to become a true finance business partners role within 12 - 18 months.

What they're looking for is someone who is newly or nearly CIMA qualified, who has experience of management accounting in a manufacturing environment and enjoys that regular business facing interaction. You should be a confident communicator who can translate financial information to non-financial stakeholder. As they approach the implementation of a new ERP system, experience of this nature is highly desirable.
