Position: Advanced QS/Senior QS
Company: Tier 2 Rail & Civil Engineering Contractor
Location: Bristol & London
Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)
Rate: Up to £500 p/d (Depending on experience)
My client, who is a repeatable Rail/Civil specialist contract, is looking for an Advanced QS/Project QS/Senior QS to join them manage a portfolio projects based in their Southern Region. Projects include a
- A £45m station refurbishment.
- Several Grip Blasting schemes as part of a Network Rail Framework.
- Two bridge refurbishments in London totalling £6m.
This a freelance or temp to perm position and is Outside IR35. The client is flexible with regards to hybrid working and you will be split between London, Bristol, sites and from home. This is a great long term opportunity to join a fast growing business with a healthy pipeline of work.
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive
- Minimum of 6 years worth of Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
- Must have experience working on large civils project and ideally rail experience.
- Must be able to independently run multiple £1-5m projects.
