We are currently recruiting for an expereince Production Operator with a Vaild FLT licence would be advantage to join a well-established company based in Llantrisant on a temp to perm contract.
Shifts Available:
- One department operates 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm. After 8 weeks, the shift will change to 6am to 4:30pm.
- The other department follows a rotational shift pattern: 6am - 2:30pm and 2pm - 10:30pm. FLT would be advantage.
- Third department Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm MUST HAVE A FLT licence.
Pay Rate- £11.55-£14.67
Essential Skill Requirements
- Team player
- Awareness of Health and safety
- General process and product knowledge
- Good communication both written and verbal. Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Some lifting involved, up to a maximum of 15 – 25 kilos
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Extremely organised
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance licence
