Role Overview:

The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with solicitors, clients, and third parties to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting contracts, transfer documents, and other legal documentation
  • Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and estate agents
  • Ensuring transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting solicitors with post-completion matters such as Land Registry registrations
  • Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining effective communication throughout the process

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
