Head of Reporting
Salary: up to £85k + bonus + Car allowance

Are you a dynamic finance leader with a vision for transforming finance reporting? Our client seeking an experienced Head of Reporting to lead and revolutionise their global Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence within their Record to Report team.
Role Overview
As the Head of Reporting, you will:
- Shape and lead a Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence, managing a team of up to 6 full-time employees, to deliver best-in-class management reporting and analytics.
- Own the end-to-end design, build, and roll-out of a global management reporting transformation, collaborating closely with senior finance leaders, commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide thought leadership, driving the creation of a robust finance reporting and visualisation platform.
- Transformation Execution: Define and deliver a standardised suite of automated financial reports, covering KPIs, profitability analysis, and dashboards.
- SAP & Systems Development: Spearhead SAP reporting tool advancements (BW, SAC, etc.) to enable core and bespoke reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with FP&A, finance management, and regional teams to capture reporting requirements, integrating them into a streamlined reporting system.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance financial reports and reporting systems, prioritising automation and best practices across regions.
Your Profile
- Significant experience in large-scale, international finance transformation projects, ideally with a focus on FP&A, beyond standard P&L and BS.
- Proven SAP expertise, especially with S4 HANA and related tools (CFIN), with a deep understanding of reporting and profitability metrics.
- Strong background in designing and delivering enhanced reporting solutions and BI tools (BW, SAC, BPC).
- Ability to lead and build a Centre of Excellence in finance reporting, with a focus on standardisation and scalability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior management levels.
