This reputable consultancy firm is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team with a range of projects from inception to completion. With exciting plans to grow the business, this role is a great opportunity for you to really make your mark within the team and across a range of sectors including education, residential commercial just to name a few!

Duties of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Mentoring and supervising Graduate and Assistant QS team members through the RICS APC process.
  • Produce documents to tender.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Valuations.
  • Cost Management.

Requirements of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market.
  • Ideally have a degree in Quantity surveying.
  • MRICS qualified.
  • Good pre-contract as well as construction delivery experience is essential.
  • Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Proven track record at the appropriate level.
