This reputable consultancy firm is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team with a range of projects from inception to completion. Duties of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Pre and Post contract services.
- Mentoring and supervising Graduate and Assistant QS team members through the RICS APC process.
- Produce documents to tender.
- Contract Administration.
- Valuations.
- Cost Management.
Requirements of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market.
- Ideally have a degree in Quantity surveying.
- MRICS qualified.
- Good pre-contract as well as construction delivery experience is essential.
- Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment.
- Report writing skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Proven track record at the appropriate level.
