Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a highly regarded primary school in Stanmore. We are seeking a passionate educator to work part-time, 2 days per week, starting in September 2024. The Role: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a class of enthusiastic pupils. You will plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to the development of a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and activities.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupils' progress.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching in primary schools. You will be passionate about education and dedicated to making a positive impact on pupils' lives. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to professional development are essential.
