What you'll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and professional support.
- Handle incoming calls and email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination between order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
What you'll bring:
- Previous customer service and administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
