Electrical estimator
Salary: Up to £45'000
Location: Mountain Ash
Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Hunter selection are working with a well established industrial electrical company based near mountain ash, they're looking for an experienced electrical estimator to join their team. The right person will have electrical experience in an industrial setting, who has worked up through the ranks and has experience in estimation also in the industrial environment. The company is expanding so there's lots of opportunity for growth and progression.
Duties:
- Looking at estimating costs associated with the electrical installation
- Ensuring bids are competitive while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
- Evaluating project specifications, drawings.
- Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Working closely with managers, engineers to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, estimating for commercial/industrial projects
- Proficient in using electrical estimating software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating cost.
- Understanding electrical drawings
