We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours who specialise in products and materials for the construction industry. They are looking for a proactive, efficient, and hardworking Credit Control Assistant to join their growing team on a part time basis!
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 - 15:00 (25 hours per week).
Key Duties:
- Processing credit control and purchase ledger.
- Administration for company credit card and fuel card.
- Processing expenses forms.
- Banking.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a credit control/accounts role.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Good telephone manner.
- Confidence using Excel.
- Flexible to meet the companies needs and objectives.
- AAT desirable.
- Bookkeeping qualification desirable.
