Electrical Estimator required for our client, a well-established M&E design and build contractor based in the north-west.
Electrical Estimator Position Remuneration
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays
- Private medical cover
- Car allowance
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
Our client has over 40 years' experience within the M&E industry, providing mechanical, electrical, civil, and renewables projects to a number of high-end commercial clients across the UK, and due to consistent expansion, they are looking to add another Electrical Estimator to their team.
The successful Electrical Estimator will be working alongside a successful estimating team out of the companies offices in the Wirral, and will be joining a business that has grown over 25% in the past 12 months, with significant scope for future growth for both the company and the successful Electrical Estimator.
Electrical Estimator Position Responsibilities
- Analysing electrical drawings, site specifications, and documentation in order to create specific and accurate estimates for electrical works
- Costing of materials, labour (both internal and sub-contracting), and supplies for projects
- Working alongside internal teams throughout the bidding process
- Completing site surveys at times for potential electrical projects
- Based from the company's office in the Wirral
Electrical Estimator Position Requirements
- Previous experience completing electrical estimates, ideally with the commercial design and build sector
- Strong electrical knowledge and background
- Technologically proficient, ideally with experience using a range of estimating software
- Based within a commutable distance of the Wirral
