�? Our client, a prestigious medical society, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team! If you have strong administrative skills and are looking for a temporary position, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

?? Type of Role: Temporary (2 Months + likely to extend)

? Working Pattern: Part Time, 3 days per week (Wednesday in office + 2 other days remote)

?? Pay: £14-£15 per hour

?? Location: Holborn

�? The Role �?

As an Administrative Assistant - Membership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's e-learning team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for email and phone enquiries related to company Learning. ??
  • Coordinating responses using existing guidance and procedures. ??
  • Dealing with queries or forwarding them to appropriate colleagues when necessary. ??
  • Updating members with progress on their enquiries. ??
  • Escalating matters to the Learning Products Manager when needed. ??
  • Helping to coordinate meetings and taking accurate minutes. ??
  • Providing accurate reports on learning programme performance. ??
  • Managing and maintaining records in accordance with company policies. ??
  • Documenting all activities carried out. ??

�? Skills and Requirements �?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A-Level education or equivalent, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy. �?
  • Experience of successfully working within a team. ??
  • Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and reactive service to colleagues and external contacts. ??
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. ??
  • Experience in providing a variety of administrative support. ??
