Job Title: CLASS 1 DRIVER
Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Iver
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: Logistics, Procurement, Distribution and Supply Chain
Salary: £19 - £20 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations
- Adhere to all relevant driving laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 driving licence
- Good knowledge of transport regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPC
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Class 1 driver
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and maps
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding role involving loading and unloading of goods
- Work may involve long hours and weekend shifts
- Driving in various weather conditions
