1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Oldham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to a student with specific educational needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student.
- Aid in classroom activities and support the class teacher.
- Monitor and track the progress of the student.
- Collaborate with the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other staff members.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the student at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- A relevant teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
